The breathtaking views from my balcony were simply stunning, making mornings feel special. Staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the sense of hospitality. However, the ground-floor sea view room felt less private, as sunbeds were right next to my balcony. Additionally, the cost of dinner was on the higher side compared to local dining options. Lastly, noise disturbances when using the facilities could be improved. All in all, the experience was enjoyable, balancing beauty with minor inconveniences.

Breathtaking panoramic views from the balcony made my mornings unforgettable.
The breakfast selection was bland and repetitive, lacking variety during my stay.

Had a fantastic time relaxing by the pools and enjoyed a soothing massage during my stay. The outdoor pool with the stunning view and the indoor sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. It was a bit tricky to get to the hotel on foot due to steep hills, but once you’re there, it’s worth it! 🌞

Beautiful views of the bay. Limited access to evening entertainment options. The buffet breakfast had excellent choices. Free shuttle bus made getting to town easy. Enjoyed table tennis during downtime, but not enough local dining options.

Couple seeking a memorable getaway
From the very beginning,,, we felt really welcomed here. The staff surprised us with a beautiful welcome gift for our wedding, that was a nice touch among the luxurious room with a spectacular view of the city and ocean.
It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but the experience was worth it.

The hotel offers stunning panoramic views and very friendly staff, making it feel like a welcoming retreat. While the breakfast was good, some areas for improvement include the evening meal quality and the lack of in-room coffee without extra charge. Overall, a pleasant stay worth considering.

Had a great time with friends! The breakfast was fantastic with a stunning view, and we enjoyed the amazing rooftop pool. We explored the beautiful botanical gardens and hiked the famous levadas, making this hotel a perfect base. It's worth noting that the water in the pool can be a bit chilly.
We had a bit of a bother with ants in our room, but the staff was quick to address it. Unfortunately, they couldn't resolved the issue before we left, which was disappointing.
